Intense Manner of Living (IML) foi uma banda paulistana formada em 1989 e que encerrou atividades em 1996. Selected Tracks 91/96 é uma coletânea póstuma lançada em fevereiro de 2021, com 20 faixas (todas gravadas nos anos 90). Capa dura, brilho bopp, laminação, acompanha fanzine.
